Most features of the system can be controlled/activated via the web portal, others may be toggled by dialling the appropriate feature code from your connected handset:

Voicemail

*95 - access own mailbox

*95x - access specific mailbox (where x is the 3-digit mailbox number)

0 - access any voicemail (will prompt for mailbox/password)

Transfer

** - blind transfer - transfer your current call directly to a specified extension, without speaking to the person at that extension first

## - attended transfer - opens up a new line and calls a specified extension. You can then speak to the person at that extension, confirm that they would like to receive the call, and when you hang up that call, the original caller will be transferred to them. If the person at that extension doesn't want to receive the call (or you get through to their voicemail for example) you can retrieve the original caller by dialling *0

Queue Members

*98 - log out of the queue (stop receiving calls)

*96 - log back into the queue (start receiving calls)

*97 - toggle between logging in / logging out of a queue

Call Pickup

*21 - pick up any ringing extension

**x - pick up a specific ringing extension where x is it's 3-digit number (eg. **001)

Hot Desking

*78x - register your temporary location, where x is your own extension number (must be dialled from an extension other than your own)

*79x - deactivate (from any extension) where x is your extension number. If dialling from your own extension then simply *79 will suffice

Speed Dial

*0x - dial a stored number from the shared phone book (configurable via the portal) where x is the speed dial number

Call Barging

For security/privacy reasons, this must first be set up in the web portal.

*22x - barge into a call where x is the target's 3-digit number (eg. *22001), then:

4 - (The default) listen only

5 - Whisper (The barger can speak only to the bargee)

6 - Full barge (full 3 way audio)

Other

*67x - withhold CLI for outbound call where x is the destination you wish to call

*74x - enable/disable call forwarding rule where x is the rule number

*1 - start/stop recording during a call (must first be enabled on the extension via the web portal)
